| Kids Escaping Drugs mission is to raise, manage and distribute funds for the development and support of facilities, education and prevention programs for adolescents and their families in Western New York suffering from alcohol and drug dependency/addiction. Kids Escaping Drugs strong community outreach spans over 20 years Two years ago they realized they were in need of a website that communicated with the public their mission, programs, and events as well as being a lifeline to those in crisis. It was also important for the site to convey their message of hope. |
The site was developed as a community hub where viewers could easily find links to help, readily find and register for events, learn about the programs and facility, and get a sense of how KED has helped rebuild lives. The print materials followed suit. Since the site launched two years ago it has become a strong voice of KED.
We also created campaigns to help promote the 2010 fundraising event Kilimanjaro Klimb for Kids where participants climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and since 2006 designed posters and brochures for the annual SkiScape event which is one of their premier fundraisers. |
